NOSTALGIA!!!
In honor of the 23rd day of the new year in which I am still 23 (even though I turn 24 this year, technically), and the first day of the Chinese New Year (YAY! IT’S A DRAGON YEAR!!!), I am presenting to you 3 (three) up-to-date livejournal surveys that were my only entries on this date 7 years ago.
On January 23, 2005, I posted three surveys on my livejournal account. Since then, my answers have changed a bit, but I’ve learned a bit about who I was then and who I am now. If you don’t want to look at these surveys (cause who does? You just end up wanting to take them yourself.) here’s a list of things that have changed (or not) over the last seven years of my life:
I still love olives, sleeping, sushi, books (so much that my collection has always been huge), cursing up a storm, and rain.
I have since tried group sex, think honesty is the best policy, think I’m popular, rejected someone, been in at least one relationship, had my heart broken, and broke another pinky toe and my foot.
I’m still usually broke, paranoid, clueless about my future, biting my nails, waiting for Halloween, comfortable around dudes, relatively intelligent, constantly changing (according to myself), and klutzy.
I stopped lying, shaving regularly, being so pessimistic and cynical, using AIM (like the rest of the world), having shame, disliking nudity, obsessing over my livejournal (but not blogs, apparently…), sharing a room, being such a prude, lying about my “adventurous” early days, walking around with weapons, and hating my family.
I still have good very eye sight, don’t watch TV much, have never been to Vegas, don’t own a console, have never broken a bone in another person’s body, enjoy kissing girls, hate the phone, hate shopping, hate drama, never passed out drunk, never changed a diaper, don’t hate people, don’t care about scandals, have no allergies, and listen to Led Zeppelin
